In so doing, our legal personnel aggressively pursue unauthorized uses of our clients, research emerging areas of intellectual property law, and construct legal strategies to ensure that the interests of our clients are recognized and preserved. Legal personnel routinely engage in written and verbal discourse with opposing counsel in the United States and abroad, and either negotiate settlements or prepare matters for litigation.
